Maad strives to incorporate holistic principles of ancient and modern architecture continuum into his projects, while infusing each with creative details.  With these goals in mind, he plays a major role in all aspects of design.  He also oversees all subsequent stages of a commission, and a frequent contributor to the large discourse on changing central theoretical context.  With 18 years of experience in Architecture, planning and Interior Design involved clients and projects nationally and internationally.

Although Maad works across multiple sectors and building types, Core and shell projects are a natural outgrowth of his previous career as a Structural and Civil engineer, which lasted eight years before he moved into the field of architecture.

Maad earned a Master of Architecture from MassArt, a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and structures from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, and a post-graduate diploma in concrete design from the American University in Cairo.
